What is your pet policy?

Rise Suncrest is a pet-friendly community! Max dog weight accepted is 80 pounds. Limit 2 pets per household. Restricted breeds include: Akita, Belgian Malinois, Cane Corso, German Shepard, Doberman, American Bull Dog, Pit Bull, Staffordshire Terrier, Rottweiler, Chow, Great Dane, Mastiff, or Wolf Hybrid. 

What is the parking policy?

We have assigned covered parking - one covered parking spot per apartment. We also provide designated guest parking spaces.

Do you accept Section 8?

Yes, we accept Section 8 vouchers. 

What leasing options are available?

​We offer 6-12 month leases.

Do you offer individual leases & co-living?

​We do not offer individual leases (by-the-bed) with co-living arrangements (individual leases with private rooms and shared commons spaces). We offer a single lease with everyone 18 years and older on the same lease.

Is there a security deposit and is any of it refundable?

Security deposit is dependent on credit and is refundable at move-out unless there are any amounts owed or damages incurred.

Are utilities included?

Utilities are not included.

What is your rental criteria?

Applicants must present one form of government issued photo identification for all persons aged 18 years and older that will be living in the apartment.
All applicants must have a combined monthly income no less than 2.5 times the rental rate.
Rental History, Credit Check, and Criminal History will be checked prior to leasing.

Is renters insurance required?

You are required to carry a minimum of $100,000 Personal Liability Insurance Coverage. Rise Suncrest provides the policy, which is charged as an additional monthly fee. 

Can the apartment be sublet or listed on short-term rental platforms like AirBnB or VRBO?

​Apartments cannot be sublet or listed on short-term rental platforms such as Airbnb or VRBO.

What are the hours for the fitness center?

Our fitness center is open 24-hours.

What are the hours for the pool? Is it open seasonally?

​Our pool hours are 8am-10pm.

Are apartments internet/cable ready?

​We are a Cox Quick Connect property – there is a modem installed before new residents move in.

How do I get my packages?

​We partner with Fetch or packages are delivered straight to your door from the carrier.

Are BBQ grills available?

​Yes, we have multiple BBQ grills located throughout our community.

Do you offer valet trash service and/or recycling?

We do not have a valet trash service but we do have recycling on site.

What schools are in the area?

​Wood Elementary School, Frank Elementary School and Marcos De Niza High School.

How far is it to the nearest airport or train station?

​Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport is only 6 miles away from Rise Suncrest.

Are you near any transportation routes? Which ones?

​We are a short drive away from the I-10 and the US-60. 

Are the apartments furnished?

​We do not offer furnished apartments.

Do the apartments have air conditioning?

​Yes, all apartments have air conditioning.

What type of flooring do the apartments have?

​Our renovated apartment units offer wood plank vinyl flooring.

Is there a bathtub or just a shower?

Apartments feature a space-saving tub/shower combo.

What kind of appliances and features does the kitchen have?

​Our renovated apartment units offer stainless steel appliances, including a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, and dishwasher.
